NEW DELHI :  National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) result 2023 for MBA/ PGDM admission by next week. Every year, NTA declares the CMAT exam result within 6 to 8 days from the date of the CMAT entrance exam. But last year, the CMAT result was announced after 20 days. So, as per last year's trends, the CMAT result date 2023 is expected to be May 25, 2023. Candidates can check their CMAT result 2023 on the official websites - nta.ac.in or cmat.nta.nic.in using their login details which include the CMAT registration number and date of birth/ phone number.   CMAT Result 2023 Live: NTA CMAT results at cmat.nta.nic.in soon; date, time. NEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) result 2023 soon. Candidates who appeared for the CMAT exam will be able to check their CMAT exam result 2023 on the official website – cmat.nta.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter their login details in the result login window to download the CMAT results. CMAT answer key 2023 was released on May 12 and candidates were able to raise objections till May 16. The NTA CMAT results will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key.   There is a negative marking in the exam as per which one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. NTA will be using a normalisation process as the exam was held in two shifts.   NCERT drops ‘objectionable’ portions on Khalistan from Class 12 political science textbook. NEW DELHI : The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) , following a decision by a committee of experts, has dropped certain portions from Class 12 political science textbooks that mention “secessionism” and the “creation of Khalistan”.   NCERT had received a letter from the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, which asked it to “withdraw objectionable content” against Sikh community from the text as it “misrepresents the Anandpur Sahib Resolution”. NCERT had formed a committee of experts to look into the complaint.   58 lakh students didn't pass Classes 10, 12 board exams in 2022; education ministry plans reform. NEW DELHI : Over 58 lakh Class 10 and Class 12 students didn't progress from their grades in 2022, an analysis of board exam result data from across states by the ministry of education has shown. The analysis was undertaken as part of the process of reforming the school board exam structure to bring it in line with the new National Education Policy (NEP 2020). The ministry is considering plans to bring school boards across the states and the Union Territories to a common platform. Another proposed reform is to merge multiple boards within the same state into one state board for both Class 10 and Class 12 levels.   Bihar notifies recruitment of over 1.70 lakh government school teachers; BPSC exam in August. NEW DELHI : Bihar government on Tuesday started the recruitment process for over 1.70 lakh school teachers in the state’s government school. The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will commence the application process for teachers recruitment on the official website bpsc.bih.in from June 15; the application deadline is July 12.   The process of Bihar teachers recruitment 2023 will be held under the new recruitment rules in which eligible candidates will be appointed as permanent teachers through a centralised exam conducted by BPSC.
